GATE Cut of 2013: Scope for admission

Hello Good morning

Congrats all of the students who have qualified the GATE 2013.As we know that every year 10% GATE card has been given by GATE organization.

As far as Electronics and Communication Engineering department near about 2 lacks 50 thousand students appeared in the exam so 25,000 GATE card has given by ECE students.Total students appeared in all branch 9.88 Lacks and near about 13.5% students has qualified for GATE 2013.Since many of the PSU is tie with GATE exam so now every year number of students is increases by 25%.

GATE Topper in ECE is B Sujith Kumar with mark 87 

GATE Cut off 2013 for ECE:  25
GATE Score with 37 Marks : Rank is 11453
GATE Score 40 Marks: Ranks is 9016
GATE Score 43 Marks; Ranks is 6600

IIT Mumbai releases state wise qualified candidates:--

As we know hydrabad is new hub for GATE since few years like KOTA was or is still hub for IIT-JEE
The list is:

1.Andhra Pradesh : 22,476

2. Uttar Pradesh: 22,400

3. Maharsatra: 9,951

3. Bihar :9,820

4.Kerela : 8,992

Note: Suggestion for M.Tech students

Here i am providing the some details for M.Tech students for ECE students.(General Category)

IISc  expected cut off: Ranks 1 to 450

IIT expected cut off: 1 to 600

NIT  expected cut off: 600 to 1600

New IIT Cut off: 1000 to 1500

New NIT Cutoff:1600-3000

IIIT  expected cut off: 500- 1500

New IIIT  expected cut off: 1500-3000

Best Private Institute: 2500 to 4500

Note: Always prefer government institute for M.Tech admission those having rank more than 5000- 10,000 they can take the admission in state university or GEC- Government engineering college.

Those ranks more than 10,000 they can try for next year preparation.
